一、个人简介：

王子豪，男，博士毕业于逢甲大学。拥有 20 余年两岸公司及制造业工厂管理的工作经验，曾任职于鸿硕集团（上市公司）大陆区总经理，海量集团 营运长兼云端事业群执行长，立群企业股份有限公司 总经理，也曾任中华企业资源规划学会(ERP 学会) 理事等职务。核心工作聚焦公司运营管理领域，参与担任东莞市企业数字化转型辅导培训课程讲师、ERP 系统导入与优化等项目，熟练企业流程改善咨询辅导、系统开发支持与培训辅导优化等实务技能。 曾主导多个数字化转型项目落地且辅导多家公司成功上市、推动公司年度运营目标达成。同时，曾参与制定多家企业内部管理制度制定，相关工作成果获得较高的行业口碑认证。
